- This document specifies a method for measuring the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanosheets using atomic force microscopy. This document is applicable to the measurement of the thickness of layered molybdenum disulfide nanosheets transferred or grown on the surface of a solid substrate. The measurement range is from a single layer of molybdenum disulfide nanosheets to a thickness of no more than 100nm. The thickness of other similar nanosheet materials can also be measured. You can follow this method.
