This guideline stipulates the content and technical requirements for determining the ecological flow of rivers in the Yangtze River Basin. It is applicable to the determination of ecological flow in the preparation of comprehensive, professional and special water conservancy plans in the Yangtze River Basin, the preparation of river basin water allocation plans, and the preparation of water resources demonstration reports. The ecological flow of rivers is determined, and the ecological flow of control sections involved in water resource allocation, dispatching, protection and other management work is determined.
