Scope
Methods The presence or absence of three key genes in the biochemical synthesis of aflatoxin (regulatory gene aflR, patulin transmethoxylase Omt-1 gene and variegated aspergillus A dehydrogenase Ver-1 gene) was selected. To determine whether the strain to be tested can produce aflatoxin. According to the formation mechanism of aflatoxin, aflatoxin can be produced only when the above three key genes are present. In addition, the ITS sequence of 5.8SrDNA shared by fungi was used as a positive reference gene to determine whether the extracted DNA template and reaction were successful.
