Scope

This standard specifies a method for determining the total selenium and inorganic selenium content in rice using atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Organic selenium is obtained by subtracting inorganic selenium from total selenium. This standard is applicable to the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium content in rice. Detection limit and quantitative determination range of this standard: The minimum detection concentration of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in this method is 0.003mg/kg, and the quantitative determination range is 0.01mg/kg~4.00mg/kg.
