- This standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Measures for the Management of Automatic Monitoring of Pollution Sources, and to standardize the operation and service requirements of automatic monitoring systems for fixed pollution sources. . This standard specifies the requirements for the indicators, service content, and operation service quality assurance of automatic monitoring systems for fixed pollution sources. It is applicable to automatic water quality monitors (CODCr, NH3-N, TP, TN, pH, flow, heavy metals, etc.) factors), automatic flue gas monitors (monitoring factors such as SO2, NOX, CO, CO2, O2, particulate matter, flow rate, smoke temperature, humidity, etc.) and the operation service management of the pollution source automatic monitoring platform.
