This document specifies the operation and management requirements for production line measurement of current and voltage characteristics (hereinafter referred to as IV curve) of crystalline silicon solar cells (hereinafter referred to as batteries), and provides a reference for the uncertainty assessment of battery characteristic measurement results. This document is applicable to the online measurement of the electrical properties of single-sided cells (or double-sided cells that receive light from one side) in mass production lines or testing inspections. Double-sided cells (that receive light from both sides) can refer to this document.
