- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality commitment of reverse osmosis water purifiers (hereinafter referred to as water purifiers). This standard applies to municipal tap water or other centralized water supplies as raw water, reverse osmosis as the core water purification technology, aiming to remove harmful substances in the water, and pure water treatment devices for use in households or similar places. This standard does not apply to reverse osmosis water purifiers with heating and cooling functions.
