Scope: This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) recommends the design and features of aircraft demonstration emergency equipment for use in passenger safety briefings Background Airlines and operators are required as a function of providing passenger operations to provide a briefing/demonstration of the emergency evacuation procedures of the current aircraft in use. This is to include a demonstration of certain items of emergency equipment provided on board for the safety of passengers. As a function of needing to demonstrate these items@ airlines and operators have developed and modified on board equipment to be used specifically for the emergency evacuation briefing.
