This specification is formulated in order to standardize the environmental protection technology verification and evaluation work implemented by the members of the Environmental Protection Technology Verification and Evaluation Alliance and promote the innovation, demonstration and promotion of environmental protection technology. This specification is a technical guidance document used to guide all parties involved in verification and evaluation to obtain complete, high-quality, reliable, accurate and useful data consistent with the requirements of this specification during the testing process. This specification stipulates the environmental protection technology verification and evaluation test (hereinafter referred to as: test) procedures and general technical requirements. This specification was drafted by the Chinese Society of Environmental Science, reviewed and approved by the first plenary meeting of the Technical Committee of the Environmental Protection Technology Verification and Evaluation Alliance, and released in the form of a group standard of the Chinese Society of Environmental Science.
