Electronic combined transformer technology is still in the development stage, and the relevant technical principles of this standard will be gradually revised and improved as the technology develops and matures. In recent years, with the demand for deep integration of primary and secondary equipment in distribution networks and the development of integration of power distribution equipment, electronic transformers have also experienced development and transformation from passive to active, and from zero-sequence voltage measurement to phase voltage measurement. The current national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards, etc. can no longer fully meet the development needs of the industry. In order to ensure compliance with the relevant work of electronic combined transformers, this standard has been compiled.
