- This document stipulates the terms and definitions of pollutant emission standards for the coal washing industry, pollutant emission control requirements, pollutant monitoring requirements, standard compliance determination, implementation and supervision, etc. This document is applicable to the emission management of pollutants from coal washing enterprises within the jurisdiction of Shanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, issuance of pollution discharge licenses, completion environmental protection acceptance and other projects of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of coal washing enterprises.
