With the deepening of reform and the high-quality development of education, study tour instructors have become a new profession identified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. However, due to various reasons, relevant national departments have not yet formulated professional skills standards for study tour instructors. This standard aims to propose professional skill standards for study tour instructors in primary and secondary schools to improve the professionalization and knowledge level of study tour activities, standardize service behavior, obtain the best order, and enhance the quality and efficiency of cultivating moral character and cultivating people.
