This document is applicable to direct-drinking liquid beverages that are first processed into an oil-in-water medium-chain triglyceride emulsion through emulsification. It is also applicable to powdered oils and fats that are made from medium-chain triglycerides through emulsification and spray drying. A ready-to-drink solid beverage made from blending.
