- This standard specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, inspection, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments for gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves for liquefied natural gas. This standard is applicable to flanges and welded valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) with nominal pressures PN16 to PN250, nominal sizes DN15 to DN1200, pressure classes Class150 to Class1500, nominal sizes NPS1/2 to NPS48, and working media for liquefied natural gas.
