Scope
1. Basic requirements for raw materials (fresh leaves): Fresh leaves of tea tree varieties suitable for making "Zunyi Green" green tea are used as raw materials. They are required to be tender, even, fresh and clean, with single buds to one bud and three leaves, free from pests and diseases, and free from pests and diseases. There is no frostbite, no mechanical damage to the leaves, and no other non-tea inclusions. Zunyi green tea fresh leaf classification and quality requirements: special grade, grade 1, grade 2; tenderness, uniformity, freshness, clarity 2. Basic processing requirements. Processing site requirements: should comply with the regulations of DB52/T 630. Processing hygiene requirements: Processing hygiene should comply with the regulations of GB 14881; the cleaning water for processing equipment should comply with the regulations of GB 5749; processing equipment that is prone to residual tea in products should be cleaned before and after processing. Processing safety requirements: No irradiation should be used during processing and storage. Processing technology requirements: requirements for curly green tea, requirements for straight green tea, requirements for granular green tea, and requirements for flat green tea.
