This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling and quality certificates, packaging, transportation and storage of agricultural and forestry biomass used as soil conditioners. This document applies to soil conditioners made from agricultural and forestry biomass ash as raw material, or using agricultural and forestry biomass ash as the main raw material, scientifically combined with other materials, and made through certain processing techniques.
