Scope

This document specifies the method for measuring the purity, humidity (H2O), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO) and other gas components of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas using a spectral SF6 gas comprehensive analyzer. This document applies to the detection of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas in electrical equipment.
