T/GXAS 346-2022 Determination of selenium species in peanut by high performance liquid chromatography inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (English Version)
This document describes the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, analysis steps, result calculation, and precision for the determination of selenium species in peanuts by high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of five selenium forms in peanuts: selenomethionine, L-selenocystine, methylseleno-L-cysteine, sodium selenate, and sodium selenite. The detection limit of selenomethionine, L-selenocystine and methylseleno-L-cysteine is 0.001mg/kg, and the detection limit of sodium selenate and sodium selenite is 0.002mg/kg. kg (in color).
