This document specifies a reagent-free ion chromatography method for the determination of organic acid content in wine grapes and wine. This document is applicable to the determination of the content of 9 organic acids such as lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, succinic acid and ascorbic acid in wine grapes and wine.
