- This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) determination method for the total acrylamide content and migration amount in paper towels and wet wipes. This standard is applicable to the determination of the total acrylamide content and migration amount in various paper facial tissues, paper napkins, paper handkerchiefs and wet wipes (wet wipes, baby wipes) used in daily life. Other household paper products such as sanitary napkins , toilet paper, infant diapers, etc. can be used as a reference. The detection limit of the total acrylamide content determined by this method is 0.02 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.10 mg/kg; the detection limit of the acrylamide migration determination is 0.005 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.025 mg/kg.
