AIM The aim of this agreement is to establish the characteristics and test criteria necessary to ensure that pallets@ packages@ and containers or any other means of constituting unit loads used by NATO nations are functionally interchangeable and can be handled@ moved@ and trans-shipped among nations at all logistics levels.
