Scope

This document applies to the management, implementation and evaluation of rural domestic waste collection and transportation services. This document does not apply to the management, implementation and evaluation of collection and transportation services for industrial waste generated by enterprises and workshops in the village, agricultural waste generated from agricultural production, medical waste, etc.
