The base wine should reach GB/T26760 superior level. 4.1.2 Production enterprises should continue to produce Maotai-flavor liquor for more than twenty years, have corresponding base liquor storage capacity and production capacity (production equipment and number of cellars, etc.), have a complete product quality inspection system, and pass ISO22000, 1S09001 and Certification of HACCP hazard analysis and critical control point system. 4.1.3 The production process complies with the provisions of GB8951.
