- Technical requirements 4.1 Production requirements 4.1.1 Raw materials and auxiliary materials should comply with corresponding national standards and relevant regulations. The base wine should reach GB/T26760 superior level. 4.1.2 Production enterprises should continue to produce Maotai-flavor liquor for more than twenty years, have corresponding base liquor storage capacity and production capacity (production equipment and number of cellars, etc.), have a complete product quality inspection system, and pass ISO22000, 1S09001 and Certification of HACCP hazard analysis and critical control point system. 4.1.3 The production process complies with the provisions of GB8951. The raw and auxiliary materials used in the product should comply with the corresponding food standards and relevant regulations.
