This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and basic requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of canned braised bamboo shoots in oil. This standard applies to canned braised bamboo shoots made from asparagus bamboo shoots and light bamboo shoots as raw materials, which have been prepared, seasoned, roasted, canned, sealed and sterilized.
