GB/T 35660.3-2021 Information and documentation—RFID in libraries—Part 3:Encoding of data elements based on rules from ISO/IEC 15962 in an RFID tag with partitioned memory (English Version)
This document defines the encoding rules for the data elements in GB/T35660.1 in RFID tags with 4 partition storage structures, mainly for ultra-high frequency RFID tags that comply with ISO/IEC1800063 (ISO/IEC180006 Type C), but not only Labels restricted to this type of technology. For the subset of data elements extracted from GB/T35660.1, the encoding rules follow the requirements of ISO/IEC15962, that is, the encoding method uses the object identifier structure to identify the data elements. Taking into account different privacy requirements, this document defines the encoding rules for the unique collection identifier in a specific storage area 01, that is, MB01, and also defines the encoding rules for other related data elements in another independent storage area 11, that is, MB11. Each memory area can be operated via different addressing instructions for the corresponding RFID technology. This document meets the needs of various types of libraries (such as national libraries, academic libraries, public libraries, corporate libraries, professional libraries, school libraries, etc.) applying RFID technology management. This document provides the necessary standards-based information on the application of RFID in libraries. Additional information on implementation is provided in Appendix A.
