This standard specifies the method for determining the content of diethylstilbestrol (DES) in feed by high-performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and stipulates that the LC-MS method is the arbitration method. This standard is applicable to the determination of diethylstilbestrol in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The lowest detection limit of HPLC method is 4ng (when sampling 10g, the lowest detection concentration is 0.1mg/kg), and the lowest detection limit of GC-MS method is 0.5ng (when sampling 10g, the lowest detection concentration is 0.025mg/kg).
