This standard specifies the technical supervision requirements for the material quality, laying conditions, manufacturing and installation inspection and periodic inspection of the supervised components between the heating outlet of the combined heat and power unit heating pipe network and the entrance of the urban heat exchange system. This standard is applicable to steam pipe networks with design working pressure less than or equal to 1.6MPa and medium temperature less than or equal to 350℃ in the heating pipe network of combined heat and power units: design working pressure less than or equal to 2.5MPa and medium temperature less than or equal to 200℃ Technical supervision of the pipelines in the hot water pipeline network and the valves, compensators, supports and hangers, flanges, bolts and other ancillary components directly connected to the pipelines.
