- This document stipulates the general requirements for the discharge of water and atmospheric environmental pollutants from fixed pollution sources within the administrative region of Guizhou Province, pollutant discharge control requirements, pollutant monitoring requirements, and implementation and supervision requirements. This document applies to the management of water and atmospheric environmental pollutant emissions from fixed pollution sources within the administrative region of Guizhou Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection, the management of pollutant emissions after completion and commissioning, and the management of fixed pollution sources. Water and air environmental pollutant discharge permit management. This document applies to the discharge of water and atmospheric environmental pollutants permitted by law. The location selection of new emission sources and the management of existing emission sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws , relevant provisions of laws and regulations shall be implemented. For fixed pollution sources within the implementation scope of special pollutant emission limits, relevant national or provincial regulations shall be implemented; for fixed pollution sources within the scope of national or provincial industrial pollutant emission standards, national or provincial industrial pollutant emission standards shall be implemented; national comprehensive or Stationary pollution sources within the scope of general pollutant emission standards shall implement the pollutant emission limits specified in this document. This document applies to the management of total iron pollutant discharge in coal industry sewage.
