This standard specifies the energy efficiency levels, energy efficiency limit values, energy saving evaluation values, test methods and inspection rules for built-in electric ovens for household and similar purposes. This standard applies to electric ovens with baking and grilling functions for household and similar purposes, with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V, and electric ovens with steam-assisted humidification functions. This standard does not apply to commercial electric ovens, industrial electric ovens and electric ovens with an effective volume less than 30L.
