Scope

This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods for marine fish. This standard is applicable to yellow croaker, hairtail, pomfret, squid, eel, anchovy, fish, yellow croaker, mackerel, blue round , iron snapper, Spanish mackerel, and herring. Other sea fish can refer to this standard, this standard does not apply to sea cartilaginous fish.
