This document stipulates the evaluation requirements for soy sauce green design products, and describes the life cycle assessment report preparation method and evaluation method. This document is applicable to the green design product evaluation of soy sauce with special color, aroma and taste, which is made from non-GMO soybeans and wheat flour through microbial fermentation as the main raw materials.
