- This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method and positive confirmation method for the determination of acrylamide migration in plastic packaging materials and products in contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of acrylamide migration in plastic packaging materials and products in contact with food. In this method, the lower limit of determination of acrylamide in water-based food simulants is 0.01 mg/L, and the lower limit of determination of acrylamide in olive oil is 0.01 mg/kg.
