This standard specifies the terminology, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high-performance silicone weather-resistant sealants for construction. This standard is applicable to high-rise (residential buildings with a building height greater than 27m and non-single-story factories, warehouses and other civil buildings with a building height greater than 24m), super high-rise (civilian buildings with a building height greater than 100m) building curtain walls and other building joints High performance silicone weather-resistant sealant. This standard does not apply to sealants for structural assembly in building curtain wall projects.
