- With the continuous advancement of industry technology, the UAV industry is developing rapidly and its application fields are constantly expanding. However, UAV operators lack theoretical knowledge, low control skills, especially lack of ability and experience in detailed application fields. The safety of drone flights and the efficiency of operations have had a greater impact. In order to standardize the qualification management of drone operators in the industry from the perspective of industry application and improve the industry operational capabilities of drone operators, the China Civil Aviation Pilots Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has formulated these rules.
