This method specifies the methods and procedures for sample collection, processing, analysis steps, result calculation, quality assurance and quality control for the determination of 17 quinolone drug residues in seawater by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). This method is suitable for enoxacin, mabofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, fleroxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, orbifloxacin, and enrofloxacin in seawater samples. Determination of single or multiple drug residues of floxacin, dannofloxacin, sarafloxacin, sparfloxacin, difloxacin, oxalinic acid, flumequine, and nalidixic acid. The detection limit of quinolones in seawater is 5.0ng/L, and the detection limit of quantitation is 20ng/L.
