The test method of this standard is to determine the dispersion stability of graphene conductive slurry through visual inspection, metallographic microscope observation and thermal stability testing, and use heating to accelerate the simulation of heating and natural sedimentation processes. And the stability is given three levels of evaluation: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. The test method for the dispersion stability of graphene conductive slurry has no reference to national standards or international standards. It is a test method actually implemented by enterprises. After comparison and verification by multiple enterprise laboratories, and data accumulation, the test method of this standard was formed. Verified by multiple testing units during the standard development process, this testing method is very applicable and reliable. It solves a major problem for graphene conductive slurry manufacturing and application companies in testing their dispersion stability.
