This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements for manufacturers, flowmeter structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, Transportation, storage and other requirements. This standard is applicable to flow meters that measure the volume of urban gas (including natural gas, artificial coal gas, liquefied gas and other gases) and industrial inert gases specified in the GB/T 13611 standard.
