This document specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements and quality commitments of silane cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin cable insulation materials (hereinafter referred to as insulation materials). This document applies to silane cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin cable insulation materials for wires and cables, which are based on polyethylene or ethylene copolymer and are mixed with flame retardants, cross-linking agents and other additives. This document applies to flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin insulated wires and cables with a rated voltage of 3 kV and below and a temperature resistance level of 105°C.
