- This document stipulates the basic requirements and scope of application for the procedures, content, methods and results preparation of the impact assessment of construction projects on natural resources, natural ecosystems and main protected objects in nature reserves (hereinafter referred to as "impact assessment"). This document applies to non-prohibited construction projects under laws and regulations such as water conservancy, electricity, transportation, tourism, and energy transmission, etc. Impact assessment of local nature reserves for animals, wild plants, geological relics, paleontological relics, etc. The impact assessment of natural protected areas such as forest parks, geological parks, wetland parks, world natural heritage sites, and world natural and cultural heritage sites can be implemented with reference to this.
