This standard specifies a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in solid waste and its leachate. This standard is applicable to naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthylene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k] in solid waste and its leachate 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons including fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, benzo[g,h,i]perylene and indeno[1,2,3,-cd]pyrene determination. When the sampling volume of solid waste (ash and slag) is 10 g and the constant volume is 1.0 ml, the method detection limit of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 0.05~0.3 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 0.20~1.2 mg/kg. When the sampling volume of solid waste (biochemical sludge) is 2 g and the constant volume is 1.0 ml, the method detection limit of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 0.3~1 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 1.2~4 mg/kg. When the sampling volume of the solid waste leachate is 100 ml and the constant volume is 1.0 ml, the detection limit of the 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons methods is 0.01~0.03 mg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.04~0.12 mg/L. Please refer to Appendix A for the method detection limits and lower determination limits of solid waste and its leachate. 2
