Scope

This standard specifies ordinary RT-PCR and real-time fluorescence RT-PCR detection methods for norovirus in foods such as shellfish, raw leafy vegetables, and packaged drinking water. This standard is applicable to the detection of GI type and GⅡ norovirus in foods such as shellfish, raw leafy vegetables, and packaged drinking water.
