This document specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of freeze-dried fruits (berries). This document applies to products made from fresh berries such as mulberries, blueberries, strawberries, japonicas, and grapes as raw materials through pretreatment, vacuum freeze-drying, and other processes.
