Scope
DBS63/ 0008-2021 Local Food Safety Standard Yak Cheese This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of yak cheese. This standard applies to mature yak cheese products made from raw yak milk through sterilization, curdling, whey separation and fermentation processing.
