Scope: This document specifies the rating, enclosure protection, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of motor-fans for household and similar vacuum cleaners. This document applies to motors for vacuum cleaners and water-suction cleaning appliances within the scope of GB4706.7, including single-phase series-excited motor-fans and brushless DC motor-fans (hereinafter referred to as motors) for vacuum cleaners.
