- This document describes the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, test procedures, test data processing, recovery rate, precision, etc. of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 11 banned azole antifungal drugs in cosmetics. This document applies to terconazole, ketoconazole, fluconazole, bifonazole, clotrimazole, econazole, miconazole, voriconazole, etc. in aqueous, non-wax based cream, and lotion cosmetics. Determination of oxyconazole, fenticonazole and itraconazole. The detection limits of the 11 banned azole antifungal drugs in this document are all 0.1 mg/kg, and the quantification limits are all 0.3 mg/kg.
