- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and units, general principles, test preparations, test requirements, conditions, items and methods, thermal efficiency calculation and parameter selection and the specific format of the test report for simple tests of biomass boiler energy efficiency. This standard is applicable to the simple test of energy efficiency of in-use steam boilers, hot water boilers and organic heat carrier boilers that use biomass as fuel and have a rated working pressure less than 3.8 MPa.
