This document specifies a method for the determination of the contents of six anthocyanins in wine by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination and confirmation of delphinidin, cyanidin, petunia pigment, geranium pigment, paeoniflorin and malvidin content in wine.
