DBS61/ 0006-2014 Local Food Safety Standard Jingyang Fu Brick Tea This standard specifies the local food safety standard Jingyang Fu Tea Requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of brick tea. This standard applies to black tea as raw material, selected, cut and screened, blended, stacked, steamed and pressed under the unique natural ecological environment conditions within the National Geographical Indication Product Protection Area of Jingyang County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. Fuzhuan tea is made from unique traditional processing techniques such as block shaping, flowering, drying and packaging.
