Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of accelerators in vulcanized rubber by thin layer chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of accelerators (thiazoles, sulfenamides, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and guanidines) and their partial conversions in vulcanized rubber and rubber compounds.
