- This standard specifies the pollutant limits for effluent, waste gas emissions and sludge disposal (control) from urban sewage treatment plants. This standard applies to the management of effluent, waste gas emissions and sludge disposal (control) from urban sewage treatment plants. Other centralized sewage treatment plants within the administrative region of Tianjin that directly discharge into the water environment shall also comply with this standard.
